My boss asked me to write a blog on how to market to Gen Z. Her first words: “I want you to do your research and read some articles”. Can you tell she’s a millennial?
Instead, I went to Twitter and Tik Tok.
Hi, my name is Addison. I’m a 19 year-old college student and I love short form content. If you’re looking to market to “kids my age”, I’d recommend you start to love it too. Here’s how:
Every word counts. It’s not that us youngins are unable to listen or understand your 12 page blogs and 55 minute Youtube videos (I mean, we binge entire seasons on Netflix in one night). But if you use 200 words when you could have used five, we will be bored.
Take this blog—it could’ve been written using only three words: “short-form content”.
On that note, my work here is done. Short, sweet, and to the point.
